Culture

It is worth taking note of and highlight the differenced in internal culture and for each of the external interactions we have. Not to set us apart – but to better engage, interact with and learn from each other.

This is both local and globally – with your neighbours, the Jones’s and the Cabrera’s have their family culture. The production department has a different vibe than the legal team, and your vendors in Chile have a different culture than the Norwegians. Some are subtle – others are distinctive and profound.

Culture is how our customers feel about us, our product or particular service.

Cultures offer opportunities as well as imposes certain constraints. Laws, habits, customs and history all play into and guides how we engage, interact and deliver products and services.
